Our Founding Story

ANI Healthcare Solutions was founded by Adele Frias, Managing Director, on May 4, 2001.  Adele’s previous experience was with QuadraMed Corporation training multiple teams to identify and recover lost revenue.  For years, Adele assisted hospitals with underpayment audits, contract management support, updating chargemasters for compliance, and ensuring privacy and security for all partners. After years of putting together training manuals for new hires, Adele had a vision of building A-team of seasoned healthcare professionals that could provide superior results. ANI’s dream team has now formed.

Today, ANI prides itself in only hiring healthcare professionals with expertise in Billing, Coding, Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Champus Tricare, and Workers Compensation. Everyone at ANI has a minimum of 10 years’ experience, so our partners see results immediately.
